Keamogetse “Moula" Mokhobo-Amegashie
Managing Partner
Management consulting and leadership advisory experience and extensive sub-Saharan business expertise
Before joining Drayton Glendower, Moula spent 12 years at Spencer Stuart and resigned as the Partner responsible for the sub-Saharan business. She was a member of the People Committee of the Spencer Stuart Board. Prior to Spencer Stuart she was a Partner in the consulting practice at Deloitte. She began her career at Accenture, where she spent 8 years as a management consultant. ​Moula has a BA Social Science degree from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Science degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from the University of Oxford & HEC in Paris. ​Her previous Board roles include:​ Serving 2 terms as a member of Council for the University of Johannesburg. She was a sub-committee member of the Finance Committee.​ A member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Governance for St Stithians College, a leading private school in South Africa.​ Co-Chairman of Women Corporate Directors (South African Chapter).​
Dianne Lopes
Principal Consultant
​ Executive Search and Commercial Experience​
Dianne has over 12 years' experience in executive search, having worked in both multinational partnership and start-up contexts.​ Dianne joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo from Spencer Stuart, where over a period of 6 years she served as an Executive Assistant to a number of senior consultants and managed assignments spanning a variety of industries, geographies and levels. ​ In addition to her tenure at Spencer Stuart, Dianne served as an Executive Assistant at Odgers & Berndtson and as Executive Assistant to the Company Secretary of Growthpoint Properties. ​ Prior to Spencer Stuart she worked for Computershare Ltd. as an Executive Manager/Transfer Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations and project management of various listings on the JSE.
Portia Dube
Finance & Account Manager
Finance Experience​
Portia has over 10 years’ experience in the finance and accounting field having started her career as a bookkeeper. Portia joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo from PFK Octagon Chartered Accountants where she served her SAICA articles. She conducted audits on clients operating in a variety of industries. She departed as an audit senior responsible for conducting audit engagements, recording of entities’ financial transactions, compiling Annual Financial Statements and accompanying notes as well as preparing tax computations and supporting documentation for submission to the revenue authorities. Prior to PKF Octagon Chartered Accountants she worked for Prism Architects (Pty) Ltd as a bookkeeper and office manager responsible for the day to day running of the office including the finance and accounting function.​ Portia graduated from the University of South Africa with a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences and Postgraduate Diplomas in Advanced and Applied Accounting Sciences. She is a qualified CA (SA).​
Hilda Ramboho
Consultant
Experience and business expertise​
Before joining Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo, Hilda spent 10 years with Spencer Stuart in various roles. ​She was the Research Director leading a team of Research Associates and also served as a Senior Associate executing on various search assignments for the sub-Saharan business across a variety of industries and geographical locations and worked with matrix teams based in South Africa, the UK, Chile, Australia and the USA. At Accenture, she served as a member of the Global Research Team, supporting the Financial Services Practice Group, and later the Strategy team responsible for competitor intelligence research. ​She began her career as a Librarian at Statistics South Africa, and also worked at LiveTechnology South Africa, responsible for Account Management for the web hosting services. Hilda graduated with an Honours Degree in Information Science from University of Pretoria and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Limpopo, majoring in Psychology. She has also obtained an Advanced Management Diploma from the Management College of South Africa and completed a Leadership Development Programme with the University of Stellenbosch Business School.​
Ratsaka Mahoto

Experience and business expertise​
Ratsaka has over 20 years experience in the public, non-governmental and private sectors, the majority of which was spent working for global professional services firms. ​Before joining Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo, Ratsaka spent eleven years with Spencer Stuart in various roles, including as Knowledge Manager and Research Associate for the sub-Saharan business based in Johannesburg. She has worked on cross-border assignments at Board and senior Executive levels for a wide range of clients across a variety of industries and geographical locations.​ During her tenure at Accenture, she was a member of the Global Research Team, supporting and working with matrix teams based in South Africa, The United Kingdom, Germany, France and the United States of America.​ She began her career working for various organisations including The Human Rights Institute of South Africa, Group for Environmental Monitoring and The Legal Aid Board. Ratsaka graduated from the University of Durban Westville with a degree in Public Administration and majored in Industrial Psychology and Economics.

Executive Search Experience​
Palesa has over 12 years' experience in executive search. She joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo from Heidrick & Struggles where she served as a Research Associate mainly in the Financial services, Chief Financial Officer Practice and Industrial Practice. ​ Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she spent 4 years at Spencer Stuart. Here she served as a Research Analyst working on a number of assignments for local and multinational clients in various industries and geographic locations. Palesa began her career at the then Johnnic Communications (now Tiso Blackstar Group) where she joined as a Syndication Writer in the Online Newsroom and was later promoted to Financial Journalist at the Group’s financial data division I-Net Bridge (now IRESS South Africa).​ Palesa graduated from the University of Pretoria with a BCom degree majoring in Marketing Sciences.​

Executive Search Experience​
Before joining Drayton Glendower, Rebaone worked as a Fundraising and Donor Engagement Officer at the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital Trust responsible for the organisation’s research and donor engagement efforts. Prior to this, she was a Resource Development Assistant at the Transparency International Secretariat based in Berlin, Germany responsible for grant cultivation and donor relations for the organisation’s climate governance program. As a member of the External Stakeholder Engagement team, she gained extensive experience in international fundraising with a global team committed to curbing corruption in governance and international corporations. Rebaone graduated from Hochschule Furtwangen in Germany, with a Master of International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy. She graduated with an Honors degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of the Witwatersrand. She read for her Bachelor of Social Science degree at Rhodes University, with majors in International Relations, Political Science and Industrial Sociology.

Imraan spent 4 years at Uniqfour recruitment, where he was involved in building their software tools. He also forms part of the recruitment team. He has been running IT support for 4 years before joining Drayton Glendower.​ Imraan is a trained First Aid level 3.​ Imraan graduated with a Diploma in Information technology from PC Training & Business college.

Before joining Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo in April 2025, Marlishé spent 18 years managing people, processes, and projects. She excels at managing multiple priorities while fostering professional relationships. Her responsibilities ranged from managing various Executive conferences to providing support to the Executives.
Turshney Morata

Experience
​ Turshney has over 10 years’ experience in various customer facing roles. Turshney joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo in 2018. She is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage team in organising all the internal and client catering and hospitality services for the Firm. She joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo from Spencer Stuart where she worked as an Office Cleaner and​ Beverages Assistant for 3 years. ​Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Turshney worked as a Cashier at Vodacom.
